SUMMER OF 2021 -
nearly 3 years from the crooked Sept. 2018 warrant
and 2 years when I first pointed out the email that was doctored aka tampered with evidence aka fraud,
and 1 1/2 years from the seizure of my emails
which was 15 months after the crooked Officer Mark Grasso was suppose to have had Probable Cause,
I STILL DO NOT HAVE PROPER DISCOVERY!!!!!
FOR EXAMPLE, THE SEIZED EMAILS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER TO ME AS WELL
BUT THE CORRUPT OFFICER GRASSO AND D.A. SUZANNE VIEUX ATTEMPT TO HIDE THEM.
THEY CANNOT EVEN MUSTER THE COURAGE TO DISCUSS THE CONTENTS.
