  Offier Mark Grasso - idiotic corrupt Westport Police cop who responded to Ana Campbell's fake sob story and investigated my apartment grounds Sept 22 - Nov. 2018 in an attempt to get arrestable information on me. I was in Europe like I was in the sumnmer before my first false arrest of March 5, 2018. I moved because my life was in danger because of the slanderous Westport News article and biased narrataive set forth by Officer Sullivan. Grasso cocted an utterly insane police report from the crooked mouth lies of Ana Campbell and obtained an arrest warrant while I was living in Europe and let it sit out there for 5 months before a cop ran my automobile plates on Feb. 6, 2019 and arrested me on the spot becausethere was an outstanding warrant WTF!!! I move out of the area and yet there are forces gunning for me??? It was the crooked mouth of bitter alcoholic false accuser bitch Ana Campbell who perjured herself and fomented this arrest and it was once again the Westport Police botching theinvestigation. ALWAYS THE WESTPORT POLICE AND NO OTHER POLICE DEPARTMENT. Where there is smoke there is fire.
What is so outrageous is how low-brow idiots like "Grasso" and "Sullivan" can be empowered to write police reports that can be ascertained via the very flawed Freedom of Information Act by the press and reported upon. This is wrong for anyone knows that any police report is far from getting at the essential details hence the need for Due Process of Law via Presumption of Innocence and allow for a trial to get at all the facts. Officer Sullivans's lies were taken for truth by the press when I got doxxed of false "incidents", and Officer Grasso's police report repeated the same false information. These guys barely have enough education to carry a pen and they are allowed to share their bias with the press before Due Process??? This is wrong. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE FOLLOWING HAPPENS - GRASSO NEVER CONTACTED ME - HE NEVER VISITED ME, NOR CALLED ME, NOR E-MAILED ME nor contacted my parents who are the official owners of the house rented. GRASSO NEVER CONTACTED US!!!!. HE JUST SUBMITTED THE REQUEST FOR ARREST WARRANT WITHOUT
MY SIDE OF THE STORY HENCE HIS OMISSION OF ESSENTIAL E-MAILS. What was his motivation to do this? It can easily be concluded that the bitch Ana Campbell also talked of my writings to Officer Grasso for I shared intimate details of my life with her before I left for Europe in the summer of 2018 - all is documented within the E-mails. Thank God I saved all of them. But once again - What was Grasso's motivation to trump up a charge without talking to me? Corrupt opportunism???
Well it so happens I created a website about my first false arrest to appear in the same area/page when Googling the slanderous Westport News article written by Sophie Cecilia Vaughan so to clear my name. The police read this website - www.WestportJamesLawrenceNOTGuilty.com and took the opportunity with this lying bitch to concoct unreal scenarios and happenings and arrest me so to have more ability to convict me on the first arrest. Yes Grasso admitted to me in the police station that he read the site to where I detailed my intended lawsuits against Wendy Higgins Chambers, News 12, Westport News, and the Westport police. YES - this getting an arrest warrant and allowing it to sit out there with the hope the accused does something wrong is practiced in some of your more corrupt police departments.
I could easily have not "looked suspicious with a hoody"to the officer Cole at the gas station who did not know of the warrant, and returned to Europe for another 3 months and would have arrive in court in May not knowing of the arrest warrant again. Something stinks. And, it was I who returned to the police station after bailing out demanding a conversation with Grasso so he finally could get all the facts
and details to refute the false statements by crooked mouth Ana Campbell. . I E-mailed Gasso an offer to ascertain all 55 pages of 200+ E-mails but I never heard from him. I also detailed all the lies Ana Campbell swore by. It was I who took the imitative to make communication and this idiot Grasso continued to stand by his arrest, once again showing that cops are pigs for they never admit they are wrong. Psychopaths also never admit that they are wrong. This guy also accused me of being a "player" as did Ana Campbell. Hardly a behavior worhty oif an arrest. THIS OFFICER OF THE LAW HAS STILL NOT ARRESTED ANA CAMPBELL FOR GIVING FALSE STATEMENTS.Yet he knows of some of details for I E-mailed him my side of the story after the arrest to which he now stands naked before the court for bias, neglect, misconduct, and corruption.
