during the Booking of the March 5, 2018 false arrest for Second Degree Breach of Peace
of allegedly "getting into personal space" at a market on Nov. 5, 2017,
I being innocent and wanting to talk about details ...
press the Arresting Officer James Sullivan and Booking Officer Shawn Wong Won on various things.
Booking Officer Wong Won was also the officer who called me back in August of 2017 about a complaint unrelated to the arresting incident from a woman I met at a market in July 2017 where I gave her my busniess card
(all those controversial websites where I challenge feminsts, the LGBTQ, etc..).
What makes this complaint so weird is that according to police reports
this mystery woman called the police 2 weeks after our harmless conversation.
2 weeks???
You would think if the person felt .... (who knows) that she would call immediately
but no -
2 weeks time.
AND
when Officer Wong Won got the complaint he took 2 weeks himself to call me.
YES -
a full 4 weeks/month after I gave this woman my business card (all those controvesial websites).
Could it be these people take time to read my websites.

So
when I get this Aug. 2017 call from Officer Wong Won about this July 2017 complaint
he tells me not to go near this complainant.
I am like sure I want no trouble but who is this person? I dont know who you are talking about?
This was a month ago and I meet people evey day.
Can I have a name, a description, a picture, something???
(let alone an old school rational face to face at the police station to iron out issues)
NO.
NOTHING.
Crazy biased police protocol is to allow the concealment of the identity of a complainant.
But I pesistently ask on this Aug 2017 phone call to me
How do I know who to stay away from if I do not know who the person is?
COMMON SENSE YET NOT IN THE TIME OF THE INVERTED TRIANGLE.
Officer Wong Won insists that I know who the person is.
Crazyland again.
We go back and forth and he ends up hanging up on me.
So
AT THE March 5, 2018 BOOKING OF THE ARRESTING INCIDENT Nov. 5, 2017
I press Booking Officer Wong Won on that July 2017 "incident" and resulting call from him
because the arresting Nov. 2017 incident also has a concealed complainant who I know nothing about.
We go on to discuss this whole hypocritical concealing identity bullshit.
AT THE BOOKING
Officer Wong Won states that
"I told you James
that I would tell you who the complainant was but you were afraid you would be arrested if you came down to the police station."
LIE!
First - It is already established that they have the right to conceal the identity of the complainant and if he were willing to give the identity then he would violate their rules, protocol, or the complainaint's wishes.
Second - Why would I be afraid to be arrested when they have the power and ability to arrest me any time and they never did arrest me nor did Officer Wong Won tell me in his phone call to turn myself in like with Officer Sullivan. Officer Wong Won just warned me to stay away from some mystery person.
Third - Why would I be afraid to go to the police station to get what I am asking for - a name or some kind of description of complainant to protect myself.
I BROKE NO LAWS.
So
YES
You want to know why there are no Booking Tapes
despite the fact that it is normal procedure of all police departments to tape all Bookings
(talk about obeying protocol) -
BOOKING OFFICER WONG WON LIED AT MY BOOKING
and these lies could easily be exposed and effect the department's case if they were turned over in any way to the prosecutor
or if someone made a lawful Freedom of Information (FOIA) Request for these Booking Tapes.

MISSING
NOTHING - NADA!!!
THEY DO NOT EXIST.
AND
after that insane phone call with Officer Wong Won back in Aug. 2017
I immediately called Chief of Westport Police Foti Koskinas to voice concerns about
BEING TARGETED FOR MY WEBSITES
and this Chief of Police hung up on me.
No investigation into my concerns.
NOTHING.

via the Freedom of Information Act -
THERE ARE NO TAPES - ONLY DISPATCH TAPES!...
despite the fact that taping of at least the booking is normal procedure.
6 officers at the scene of the alleged incident and not one with a cam???
Much was said at scene and booking within the wired police station yet - NOTHING!
FACT: I call out an officer in a lie at the Second Degree Breach of Peace booking.
Much was said like me calling this arrest "mentally abusive" and "men's lives are being destroyed".
WHERE IS THIS SUPPOSE TO BE RECORDED BOOKING SESSION!!!

I have the Westport Police on tape confirming that all bookings are routinely recorded.
I called 5 surrounding towns PD and they all say the same - routine procedure to record all bookings.
