# 1: “V-1 is very much aware of Lawrence's proclivity for stalking and harassing women and is concerned for her safety and the safety of the other women at that address because James has access to the keys to all of the apartments at that address and has previously entered the dwelling on several occasions.”
Aware of unproven hyped up nonsense that is ONLY a result of how News 12 reported on me and how News 12 aided and abetted the Westport News to report on me.
# 2:“I contacted Assistant State's Attorney Justina Moore at CT Superior Court in Norwalk (GA #20). After discussing the facts of this case with her and based on James Lawrences history of following women around and causing them concern, she agreed that the email communication from Lawrence constituted the crime of Harassment in the Second Degree in violation of section 53a-133 of the C.G.S. and would review an arrest warrant affidavit for the same if presented to her. “
Once again, this D.A. has been taken off the case since my Motion to Dismiss based on Prosecutorial Misconduct where there is evidence of her advocating arrest for the one Email on the same day of the one Email – Sept. 18, 2018 (yes the corrupt cop made a beeline to the D.A. on the same day) while the actual investigation went on for a month resulting in the cowardly submitted Arrest Warrant AFTER I left town. I was in town for 3 weeks after the Sept. 18, 2018 Email in question. The Arrest Warrant happened one month after the call by the cop to the D.A. Once again – if the big bad Email was so dangerous then why not arrest me then?!!! Yes no interview with me for a fair and balanced understanding of the Email, no call or Email or visit to me, and no call or Email or visit to my parents/co-landlords ones being harassed. The cop made a beeline to the D.A. looking to get me arrested before his investigation was complete.
# 3: “V-1 stated that on the day that she moved into the apartment on08/28/2013,she was approached by (other tenant) who at that time was living in the second floor apartment who told her about Lawrence's past specifically about the Westport News article about Lawrence’s arrest and how eleven other woman had come forward to complain that they too had been victim's of Lawrence’s "stalking". V-1 then learned through a "Google" search about Lawrence's history of "stalking" women. She stated that her concern for her personal safety was immediately elevated.”
Notice how the Officer writes in quotes “stalking’” as what Complainant Ana says and not what Officer says. WHERE DID SHE GET THAT?!! FACT - Complainant and the community read this false description of me “stalking women” (at markets in broad daylight with no repeated contacts, no arrests, let alone no convictions) from the way News 12 maliciously slandered and defamed me when attempting to report on the March 5, 2018 false arrest for Second Degree Breach of Peace. All fomented by Nasty Woman Wendy Higgins Chambers, whoseeing News 12 take down rtheir slander then approaches he diotic 22 year old feminist reporter for the Westport News Sophie Cecilia Vaughan and finesse another hit job - ALL BEFORE DUE PROCESS OF LAW LET ALONE KNOWING ANY FACTS.
# 4:“She stated that she couldn't think clearly and needed to give additional thought to whether she wanted to make this formal complaint”.
She had nothing to share in regards to “Email harassment” hence not sharing ALL the Emails that would incriminate her. This includes a doctored and inauthentic Email from Sept. 15, 2018. There was no Email harassment turned over as Discovery. One Email was turned over as evident in Police Report and Arrest Warrant and this one Email was merely looking out for the welfare of my elderly 77 year old parents - hardy “harassment’ let alone “stalking”. Email Harassment cases demand ‘chains and threads of Emails’ to be submitted as is shown in Lorraine v. Markel American Insurance Co ., 241 F.R.D. 534 (D. Md. 2007, the landmark decision about the admissibility and authentication of digital evidence. None of the Sept. 15, 2018 Emails have been shared. And yes she was a VERY SICK WOMAN at the time – “she could not think clearly”.
# 5:“A short time later, V-1 contacted me by phone at police headquarters and stated that when she returned to her apartment she spoke with the other tenants there and she realizes that she needs to make this complaint not only for her protection but to protect other women who have been victimized by James Lawrence. The victim stated that she would return to police headquarters on Tuesday, September 25th to provide her written statement.”
THUS – I DID NOTHING BUT THIS WICKED CONNIVING SCORNED COMPLAINANT MADE A STATEMENT FOR “other women have been victimized by James Lawrence”. A BELIEF TOTALLY FUELED BY NEWS 12, WENDY HIGGINS CHAMBERS, AND THE WESTPORT NEWS. ANA WAS INFLUENCED BY NEWS 12 AND THE WESTPORT NEWS AND WAS NOT EMAIL HARASSED AT ALL. BASICALLY SHE IS USING THE FALSE NARRATIVE TO PERSECUTE ME FREE OF BEING HARASSED HERSELF AND AFTER THE FACT THAT I ACCUSE HER OF HARASSING MY PARENTS. SHE IS PLAYING AS A MARTYR BASED ON NEWS 12’S SLANDEROUS AND LIBELOUS ACTIONS. What kind of snowflake world do we live in when one cannot carefully communicate with your tenant holding your belongings hostage and making things difficult for elderly people all the while seeking help from the Westport Police, who never contact me, quote me in the Police Reports and Arrest Warrant, and opportunistically arrest me to ward of the coming lawsuit against them.
THIS NARRATIVE IS FALSE. ONCE AGAIN, THERE WERE INVESTIGATIONS THAT NEVER RESULTED IN ARRESTS AND THIS CAN NEVER BE PROVED FOR THIS NARRATIVE IS WAY BEYOND ANY STATUTE OF LIMITIATIONS. ONCE AGAIN - WHERE IS MY CRIME? WHERE IS MY “STALKING”? I LIVED IN SAN FRANCISCO 2006-2017! POLICE CORRUPTION - JAMES SULLY SULLIVAN. PERIOD.
The descriptions by Complainant are pretty much made up spins for her scheme to get me arrested. I had no interest in seeing her. All the Email evidence shows this drunken woman making up a story to intentionally hurt me knowing I was in the system. This is yet again another Police Report written without any facts, no interview of me, no interview of co-landlords/my parents, nothing.No mention of any Emails up to Sept 18. 2018. Omission of incriminating Emails. Etc…This is complete unscientific nonsense from a scorned woman spinning a story to get me arrested. Once again, these kinds of Police Reports written from people with barely a High School education are easily accessed from the media. This is a huge problem that needs to be properly dealt with in this country. There is overwhelming evidence that the police knew of my plans to fly out of the country in October back to my new home in Europe and opted to wait til I was gone to submit another cowardly and scandalous and outright corrupt Arrest Warrant. They had 3 weeks to contact me via a visit to where I was staying at my parent’s house, Email me, or phone me but they opted to use this woman’s complaint for their defence from my coming lawsuit. Omitted tapes (lack of Discovery) of police interactions with Complainant to which I have tried to ascertain via Motions probably show them colluding in unlawful ways with the Complainant as well. Once again, if the Email was threatening one would think they would have arrested me within the 3 week time period I was in Westport knowing where I was as evident in Police Report.

# 6: Notice – “… he told me that he was going to Europe for three months because he had to get away from Westport because the Police and FBI were after him. He said it was no longer safe for him to live in Westport. I’m pretty sure that he told me that he had been wrongly arrested and that he was suing Channel 12.” – Ana 9/25/2018
Once again I told Ana in early July the first week I met her about my arrest and shared my websites with about the 2018 false arrest with her. Yes my life was and still is obviously in danger. She knew it back in early July the 3 weeks we knew each other before I left in July 28, 2018 when she moved in to MY apartment. In early July as shown here is when I shared not only the details of the March 5, 2018 false arrest, but ALSO the resulting media slander and defamation from News 12. In ALL Email evidence shows Ana empathizing with my situation hence falling in love with me. She was completely in the know after reading all reports and reading my websites about the false arrest and media slander weeks before she moved in as is shown here. AND YES - All dangerous conditions were fomented by News 12‘s Slander and Libel.
This person Ana conspired with the corrupt Westport Police in a wicked plot to get me arrested for not desiring her, or as is evident in this Police Report – once again #5: “she needs to make this complaint not only for her protection but to protect other women who have been victimized by James Lawrence”. All the while she was never in danger for I never went near her and my very own apartment with my belonging in that apartment despite the fact as this Sworn Written Statement shows she was holding my belongings hostage in my very own apartment. Crazy. The police could have learned more if they had the courage and proper protocol to interview me for fair and balanced assessment of the situation. And the Police by not arresting me, we can also conclude that they thought she was not in danger, or they thought I did not do anything worthy of an immediate arrest. But somehow months later submit some insane Arrest Warrant without ever contacting me. Just utter corruption. Yes they read my websites detailing how I am going to sue them. I have Feb. 8, 2019 tapes of Officer Grasso admitting he read my websites.

I wanted nothing to do with this person outside of getting my belongings held hostage from my apartment and showing and re-renting the apartment before I was scheduled to leave Oct. 3, 2018. Notice how she says ”stop harassing women” and NOT “harassing me and writing his rants”. What are these rants and where are these rants?. She is referring to my websites and she is targeting me for things not related to us like “harassing women” to which she uses and deploys because of what happen to me via News 12, Wendy Higgins Chambers, and The Westport News. Once again, this shows the effect News 12 and the Westport News had on the community within my very own home.

Just utter persecution. As this part of the Police Report shows, this quote from Complainant came from a call from Officer Grasso after the arrest 2/06/2019 – 5 months after the Sept. 18, 2018 Email and 5 months after my last contact with her – Sept. 18, 2018!!! Here once again, this woman is allowed to by the corrupt Westport Police to base her desire to see me arrested on what she read and or saw from the media NOT any kind of Email harassment whatsoever as evidence in the one Email. The cops never contact or visit me to get fair and balanced information, never quote me in the Police Reports or insanely corrupt Arrest Warrant for if they did have the courage for proper protocol to contact or visit me they would have gotten ALL THE EMAILS aka evidence in my corner to show what this argument was all about – ALL the Sept. 15 Emails. Complainant’s “concern for other potential victims” is a concern from what? What crime and when in my past? Meanwhile I am once again peacefully living in Europe with no problems like all my life. The only police department where there are any incident reports and now 2 false arrests outside of my one conviction of Domestic Violence in 1995 are THE WESTPORT POLICE. FACT: All "complaints" happened in LITTLE SNOWFLAKE TOWN Westport and Westport only. There are no other "incidents" anywhere else in the country and world at large. While, I visit all surrounding towns every day and NYC every week and NOT ONE run-in with anyone nor any incident with any other police department!!! Yes – these cowards are getting sued and there is nothing that can stop the lawsuit. AND YES – another lawsuit this time against Ana.
So because of News 12’s actions before any proper Due Process of Law doxxing me of unproven nonsense – Wendy Higgins Chambers, The Westport News, the Westport Police, and now Ana ARE ALL GETTING SUED. Include this fact with my Mental Anguish claims and costs/Damages.
# 9:“Lawrence stated several times that his “Life is endanger” because of his prior arrest. He also claimed that there was a cos piracy against him by the Westport Police Department.”
Notice how the cop could not spell the word conspiracy. He wrote “cos piracy”.
