I do this after reviewing my complaint aganst the Westport Police.
If I can win this case I can then sue D.A. Suzanne Vieux and D.A. Larry Tamaccio for Malicious Prosecution
let alone various corruption like how D.A. Tamaccio ordered the disk of my emails seized from from Google in February 2020 aka State's evidence - ordered the clerk to "destroy please" the disk that I learned from the January 28, 2022 Sentencing Transcript I obtained in February 2023.
This case file will aid this coming lawsuit that I will file no matter what to expose them in public.

I have been waiting for 4 months for the Judge Alvin Thompson to approve my civil complaint against the Town of Westport/Westport Police filed originally December and amended April 20, 2023. It has been 4 months and there is still no ruling on Defense's Motion for More Definite Statement (make me re-write the Complaint again) inability to process a 100+ pages of Claims about 4+ years of corruption and coverups. I am getting the feeling some Deep State cowards are influencing this judge. This Senior Judge should be able to find time to read the Complaint and make a decision. I expect typical Blue State shenanigans that will keep me from getting these cops on the stand to explore the origins of drunken brazen decisions to persecute me free of evidence via crazy unprovable narratives.
